The love month!

February in a nutshell..

Jay's dad had extra Winterhawks tickets one Friday night, so we joined him... in a suite even. Sweet!

For Valentines Jay & I went to an All you can eat Brazilian steak house! YUM!

Soy was nice enough to let Gwen "ride" with him in his car

Safety First!

Sunshine? Yes, por favor!
No pictures of Gwen.. she was off playing with her amigos

Soy and I made this Mickey Mouse Rock... I've been trying to get Gwen to make them with me, but she refuses. Something about our rocks stay outside.

Eating Pupusas at a cart by one of Jay's work locations. We often meet him on Thursdays and enjoy some Pupusas. Yum! These two were trying to get into the "cart" and hang out with the cooks and workers.

Also in February, my Mom had been really sick since the first of January and had really gone down hill by the end of February. Doctors first thought walking pneumonia, then later realized that she had a problem in her lungs called "hot tub pneumonitis". This is due to an allergic response in her lungs related to a bacteria called Mycobacterium avium that commonly grows in hot tub water. It rarely is a problem with folks, but it looks like it is with mom.
My parents had just bought a new hottub for Christmas and my mom was SO excited! She was getting in it every night, and then when she started getting sick, she continued to get in to relax and to make her feel better. Little did she know that she was making herself more sick.
Her oxygen levels were so low by the time they realized what it was, and the doctor almost admitted her into the hospital. She was on oxygen for a month straight and was just now has been given permission to take it off when she's sitting and not straining her self. Hot tub pneumonitis. Who knew? She is doing MUCH better and we are so happy about that. :)

AND that's February... minus Gwen's birthday, which is coming ;)
